Live flowers ad a lot to your home. Try adding another flower and cut the stems to three different lengths. This will add heighth and variety to your arrangement.

The key to a lovely floral centerpiece is to make sure that the flowers are fresh and in coordinating colors. The vase should also be full to capacity.

First of all, forget all the rules and go with what feels right to you. Remember, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Think outside the vase when looking for containers; anything that can hold water can be a vase. Finally, keep in mind that items grouped in odd numbers tend to be more appealing to the eye.

For table center pieces it is important to either go very tall or very short. If you make your flowers and in between height than they will block your guests view of the other people at the table.
