Was there really a goatsucker?

Is a chupacabra myth or fact?

It seems to be a fact, because of the numerous sightings and the numerous cases of goats found without a drop pf blood in their bodies. There also people who say to have seen it.

There is definately evidence of there being SOMETHING that has killed various cows and goats over periods of time in different areas, however it is most likely an already known animal, rather than a mythical creature. The 'known' corpse of a goatsucker has been determined to likely be a wolf or fox suffering from mange.
