My Taurus is very loud. Should I be concerned?

If the exhaust is loud you probably need a new muffler but if the engine is making noise then you probably have some problems and need to see a mechanic.

This might be the result of a hole in your exhaust line. This could be a serious issue because fumes could leak into your passenger area and make you sick.

I would be concerned only if you leave early in the morning for and it annoys your neighbors. If they don't mind just crank up your $2000. 00 stereo and go on with your life. If that does not cure your problem I would suggest buying a louder stereo with 20 inch subs.
