My lymphocytes count is 604 with a platelet count at 68. I have Myasthenia Gravis and MDS ) Should I be concerned?

MDS=myelodysplastic syndrome

Yes, you should be concerned about your counts if you have myelodysplastic syndrome. You have to be able to produce normal cells and the counts are very important. Any physician that treats you for any ailment should be aware of any symptoms you may have that are not normal. You need to contact your physician and have them explain.

A platelet count of 68 is very concerning, but not surprising with MDS. However, you probably shouldn't experience any sort of bleeding problems unless you dip below 50 or even 20. As far as the lymphocytes, it's not surprising for them to be elevated considering you have myasthenia gravis.
