It would depend on whether or not it is a electrical odometer or one that has a mechanical cable. Check to make sure the connection hasn't come loose.

Purchase a working instrument cluster for your car. Remove the trim surround around the cluster. Depending on the year of Accord, you may need to remove the dash. Switch out the old cluster with the new one. Install in the reverse of removal.

check its connection from both ends i. e. from the top behind the odometer and bottom from the differential it might loose' so fix it up by tighten and also lubricate when open.

More than likely your odometer has become disconnected. You can go to your local auto parts store and asked for parts for a new Honda Accord odometer. Or, you can take the vehicle to a Honda dealer and they can fix it.

odometer tells the distance travelled by vehicle. if stopped ,Simply use scanner to check speed reading,if no such reading then check wiring to sensor. If wiring is proper then replace sensor.

Well first check to see if there is a loose connector or something. If there is no problem the you may need to replace the gauge cluster itself. Just make sure to set the new one at the same mileage otherwise you can get in trouble.
