My feline has a blister on her skin which is elevated and white, what does this mean?

like dogs cats can also carry ring worm. You should put some anti fungal cream on it and make sure she does not lick it after you do that. should go away in a week

It depends on the blister locatioin. It's possible it's an abcess from a splinter. It's also possible it's something more difficult. Check with your vet for your peace of mind.

This could be a bug bite, a burn, but it could be an abcess, allergic reaction etc- I would watch it carefully, evaluate Baby's behavior, is she eating, drinking and evacuating properly... if these have changed- VET! If the blister doesn't go away in a reasonable amount of time- VET!

It could be an allergic reaction, cats suffer hives just like humans. Keep it clean and take the cat to the vet to make sure it's nothing more serious.
