Vomiting in dogs that is accompanied by blood in the stool needs to be evaluated as soon as possible by the veterinarian.

Your dog probably has gastrointestinal irritation and may need medication and a special diet. I would recommend seeing your vet as this could also be symptoms for more serious problems. Parvo is a very contagious, deadly infection with symptoms such as this.

Blood in your Dog's stool is never a good sign. As soon as you see this you should make an appointment for your Dog at the Vet's office. They can help you with what you need to do with the Dog. Usually it's noting too serious and can be treated.

This sounds like a serious digestive track issue; you probably need to take him or her to the vet as soon as possible to see if there is a big problem.
