My car is hesitating, and the speedometer and RPM gauge are going crazy while I'm on the road. What's up?

When you car speedometer and RPM gauge is going crazy you are experiencing transmission slippage which also cause for the car to hesitate when you are switching gear. I would recommend taking the car to your local mechanic.

The problem that you are experienceing is due to a slipage in your transmission. When the car slips out of gear the engine races higher.
