My baby's hands and feet occasionally turn blue, what should I do?

This is a circulatory problem which can be caused by a number of things.Take the baby to the pediatrician as soon as possible, make sure his hands and feet are covered and make sure his socks or gloves are not tight.My son had this problem and it was raunauds

This is serious. It usually occurs when there is a lack of oxygen or poor circulation to these certain limbs. If this occurs again, make a note of what the baby was doing immediately before this happened and rush the baby to the hospital. There could be a blockage in the arteries that send blood to these extremities.

The blood is obviously not circulating very well in your child's hands and feet. You should set up an appointment for him right away with his doctor to have him check to see if the blood flow is working properly.

It sounds like there may be a circulation problem or it may simply be too cold where the baby is. Bring it up to your doctor.

When a person's hands or feet turn blue it is a sign of poor circulation. Move your baby's and feet around, and make sure their clothing isn't too tight.

My six- month -old son is experiencing the same thing. He turns blue in the feet and hands during feeding and after naps, we have a appt in two days time. I hope it's nothing serious

our daughter is a healthy ballerina of 14 but her hands, sometimes parts of her face, and sometimes her feet turn blue. head ache and upper abdominal pain usually corresponds.....doctors are clueless....any thoughts
