No it is not still good as it has been expired for over two weeks. If you eat you run the severe risk of salmonella.

Throw it out! Food poisoning is far too easy to get from meat and poultry that is kept too long. 24 hours is a good judge of time in the refrigerator and any longer you can get very sick. Freezing meat when originally purchased can be kept longer but not just kept at fridge temps.

There are a lot of chemicals in your fridge, and if your chicken was covered, then it may have blocked some of those chemicals from reaching your chicken. However, since this is EXPIRED chicken, it may not be good. Many expired foods are more prone to the chemicals so it may not be a good idea to risk it.

Some foods are still good after the expiration date, but it's best not to take chances with raw meats as they are extremely perishable and are an easy breeding ground for dangerous microorganisms such as salmonella. Do not eat it. If you need to store raw meats past the expiration date, they should be frozen, then eaten promptly after thawing.
