Yes. Awful. Off to buy a Sony, like I had planned. I can't believe the BS you have to go thru to load ANYTHING on an 'IPOD.' Ridiculous!!!! Good job it was just a 'loaner.' It's going straight back!!!! t

Not at all! Most Apple products, iPod included, are very user-friendly. Simply connect the iPod to your computer and select the playlist you want. Sync it up and go!
