From Los Angeles, take I-5 south to San Diego. The interstate ends at the international border. That's the only way to get to Tijuana from LA traveling by car.

Well not really considering you are going to another country. The best and easiest way is to take a flight straight to Tijuana. That's the only thing I can see working.

IDK what you mean by easy but there is plenty of buses and in car just take 1-5 straight google diections

There is no short way but volaris bus offers shuttle bus to Tijuana airport for 15 dollars,where you can get Santa Fe Station in San Diego,or another way A bus has leaded for los angeles to tijauna for 30 dollars which departs from los Angeles and stop at the crossing of San ysidro border.
