Vitamin E works great. The mouth usually heals extremely easily so if you supplement with a vitamin E pill they should subside quickly. They shoudl reduce in size over time as well. If these are old sores in your mouth that you believe have scarred you should seek medical attention to be assured that it is not something more serious.

You can go under anesthesia and the doctor can scape it away. This is very time consuming. Another option is having it removed by laser burn.

You can put a silicone dressing on wounds that are on the body, but the only way to remove scar tissue in the mouth is to go to the dentist and have it surgically removed. The problem with surgically removing scars is that it usually leads to the development of more scars

Scar tissue is permanent. There are ways of hiding these and covering them up, but they never go away. Cuts in a mouth a very common and everybody gets them.
