Is Sherwin Williams stain a good product?

Sherwin Williams is a standard, solid stain by which many others are judge, what just about everyone learns from as a first stain. As stains go, it's like Denny's, not fancy, but you know what you are going to get every time from every can of stain, and that's a very good trait.

There stain is one of the best. I have used for years and am please with the results. I have even used the outdoor stain and it held up.

If you are looking for a stain for a certain type of wood and one that has not already been treated, Sherwin Williams is one of many brands for this process. They do have a brand name behind them, but that doesn't neccesarily mean the stain is right for your project. Check out some independent review sites and see how other people used it.

A few years ago I had a front counter bulit for my new flower shop business. I chose Sherwin Williams stain to finish the top of it before sealing it with a clear glossy finish. It held up beautifully for years and looked beautiful.

Sherwin Williams is a reputed Paint Company. If your query is for a stain for wall finishing,the company has good products that will mix well with the white bases. If your query is for wood stains, then it is better to go for other brands such as Varathane or Minwax.
