Don't take any kind of medications unless you talk to your doctor about it first. Some medicines, actually most, can be harmful to your unborn child. You may need to switch medicines.

Unfortunately, this is a medicine that has not been proven safe during pregnancy. This does NOT mean it is not safe, but only means that there isn't a clear answer as to whether this medication could be harmful to an unborn baby. Discuss this medication with your doctor if possible.

There is no pregnancy category assigned to Resorcinol from the FDA. This drug is only recommended during the pregnancy if the benefits outweigh the risks, and the best way to figure this out is to talk to your doctor.

Topical medications have not been known to cause any harm to a fetus. In fact, it hasn't been known to cause harm in adults either. For good measure, though, it's best to obstain from using anything like that unless a doctor says otherwise.
