Ouija is a game in which players attempted to "communicate" with the dead. It relies on players movements which they think are the spirits.

The Ouija Board is not a game but a play-thing. I would also not consider it an occult tool. It's mearly a parlor-trick, where the movement of the pointer is caused the by unconscious acts of the players.

It is a game, although not one with strict rules and a clear winner. You can try to talk to spirits or ghosts via a a "ouija" board, but its all in good fun. I did it as a kid, and never thought I was actually talking to the dead.
