Yes, if you can get your cat to eat it. I would not suggest trying to get your cat to eat brewers yeast on its own. There are many products out there that give you the yeast and other nutrients in a form you may get your cat to eat.

While Brewers yeast is excellent for your cat, to my knowledge it doesn't provide taurine. Taurine is VERY necessary to your cat's health and his daily requirement is usually provided by "bought" food. If you are making your own food, consult your vet for supplements to provide necessary nutrients, bone meal etc to round out what you are caringly providing.
