No. Benadryl should not be used on a regular basis to control your sinuses. Benadryl is not even that effective for sinuses since it is an anti histamine for allergies. If your sinuses are alergy based consider using Claritin 24 hour or consider visiting your physician so that he can prescribe you a more effective and relevant medication.

Benadryl is not intended for daily use. It is intended to provide relief of a temporary condition. If you have chronic problems with your sinuses, see a physician about an appropriate fix. You could easily find a remedy that fixes the problem once and for all.

As long as you don't exceed the dose indicated on the box, you'll be fine. You could also try an allergy medication with a decongestant, like Allegra-D or Claritin-D instead.

If Benadryl is the only antihistamine which you find works and it does not interfere with your ability to stay awake, drive your car or other machinery, you can take Benadryl daily, but you should discuss this with your primary care physician and consider another more specific antihistamine such as Claritin for example.

Yes it is safe to take Benadryl daily, however if your sinuses are clogged you might add a decongestant such as Sudafed or a combination allergy medicine such as Allegra D. There are several available OTC, but they frequently keep them behind the counter at the pharmacy.

Prolonged use of Benadryl is typically not linked to any serious problems. However, it may become less effective over time. Consider seeing an allergist who can give meds that won't have to be taken daily. In addition, it might be wise to see an ENT.
