Question by  lengtche (1)

Is it possible to replace just one leaky valve on the sprinkler back-flow preventer?

I would appreciate how-to advice as well.

Yes - the first thing you must do is obtain a replacement valve along with plumber's tape and the correct sized wrench. Once you have the right tools and parts, turn off the water supply, remove valve and replace with new valve, wrapped with tape.

Yes it is possible. Turn off the water to the sprinkler to start. Then remove the individual valve thats leaking. Take it to a hardware store to match it.
