No. A lot of doctors would call that abnormal bleeding but up to 20% of women bleed after menopause. Your doctor should know but it could be a hormone imbalance, bad diet or stress related. Most of the time there is nothing to worry about but your doctor will need to evaluate you.

No, periods don't come after menopause. Post menopausal bleeding can be a sign of fibroids or uterine cancer. It's extremely important to follow up with a gynecologist.

You must consult a gynecologist as soon as possible, while the condition may be benign, it also may be something more serious. The sooner you seek medical attention the easier it will be to cure and yes, cancer, is a possibilty.
