You can buy recreations of that car. You can either buy one somebody has already built or have one custom built for you to your specifications. However neither will be very cheap. You may want to build one yourself. It may be a bit of work but you can save a ton of money.

With enough research (and money) one could conceivably find and buy anything - from 'turn-key' to a kit you build yourself in your garage. Depending on how involved you want to get it's often easier to buy a kit for a Shelby Cobra, for example.

It sure is. Unfortunately, an Eleanor replica sold at Barrett-Jackson for one-hundred and ten thousand dollars. It featured 586hp, the 427 V8 engine, and was autographed by Carroll Shelby. Finding an exact replica will be expensive and require some heavy searching. It can be done, however, through many online car specialty shops.

Apparently so, there was one auctioned at Barrett-Jackson in Scottsdale, AZ January 2010. And Replicas can also be purchased in the UK.
