No, it's not okay for you to get a headache when you get hot. Headache is a sign of heat exhaustion. Failure to cool down can result in serious complications. When it's hot make sure to drink plenty of water or sports drinks. Stay out of the sun. Don't exercise during the hottest part of the day.

It could be ok, but you probably want to get checked out. Migraines can cause sensitivity to light, so this could be your problem. You also need to make sure you get enough water when you're hot. You could be dehydrated.

From personal experience, yes headaches can be caused from heat, or your body getting overheated. I get headaches when I'm too hot. You are in no medical danger, except perhaps from heat exhaustion. There is nothing wrong with you. The best thing to do is try and keep cool, keep in the shade, and apply a cold compress.

It is not likely dangerous. Most people get occasional headaches when they are hot. If it is especially common for you, it is probably because you have heat exhaustion due to dehydration. Drink more water.
