Is it difficult to install a light switch with an ac plug built in?

When installing a switch, plug combo it is easy to do if you pay special attention to the layout of the wiring from the light to the power supply. When a receptacle is installed with the switch you must wire the ac plug first so that it remains hot at all times then to the switch and to the light.

No it is not difficult to install. You just need to connect the wire with the a/c plug wire and it will work.

Yes it is pretty difficult due to the amount of wiring required. I suggest you hire a technician to take care of it.

If you are referring to a switch + outlet that fits into a duplex box, and you're comfortable wiring up both switches and outlets, this should be no problem for you. Plan carefully, and make sure to check all wires with a meter before touching them.

No it's not too difficult. The majority of the work is simply disconnecting and reconnecting the wires. The plug should only have three wires and the switch will likely have only two or three wires. As long as the power to the outlet is turned off, the job will be safe, quick, and easy.

One AC circuit would connect to the light circuit only. The plug circuit would be part of another receptacle run in the room
