The quality of information you use in a report should be high and that is available online or offline. Quality means using information from experts (try Google scholar or your public library's or college's online databases). Look for published research on your topic rather than a digest of information (an encylopedia/wikipedia article).

You will probably have more luck at an offline library. At an offline library, the librarian can help you find both online and print materials to help you in your research. They are experts at finding good resources.
