poly vinyl chloride (pvc) are rust proof and it gives life more, water running through iron pipes may bring rust particle which is bad for health it may damage our internal organ but in pvc pipes it wont its harmless. iron pipes gathers salt and finally pipe get blocked, pvc pipes does not gather salt.

My advice to you would be contrary to that. PVC pipes are now a days going much more popular because they do not get rusty whereas the cast iron pipes go rusty and then have the leakage problem.

yes. since pvc pipes are less costly and easy to install and you can fix with adhesive. also they are light weight.

It is not necessarily better to the pipes. Cast iron pipes has the past history of lasting for a very long time. The main advantage to pvc is that it is cheaper to install and buy.

I don't think that would be a good idea, because it needs to have the same kind of pipe that was put on it in the first place.
