Instant brown rice is almost as nutritious as the long-cooking kind. It is simply rice that has been cooked and then dehydrated to store.

Instant brown rice is more nutritious than the long-cooking kind. It's debatable about which one taste's better, but it is if anything more nutritious than the rice that takes a long time to cook. My opinion is that you can't go wrong with instant rice. It is very easy to make and it tastes good.

If it is brown rice and it is instant, it has the same nutritional value as the regular kind of brown rice.

No, instant anything is not as nutritious as the long cooking kind because the hulls have usually been stripped away and the item is usually subjected to high temperatures or chemicals to make it fast cooking. Additionally, "instant" products are usually more expensive than the original product, so you get less for your money.
