It depends on what we are euthanasing. It is legal to euthenise animals currently. We can not euthenise humans, this is deemed inhumane and is not legal in the United States.
Euthanasia is not a legal practice in a majority of the United States. However, a few states have legalized euthanasia under certain conditions. These states are Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Texas.
