Krikol,
"diarrhea" is not an incorrect spelling of the word. It can be spelled either way, "Diarrhea" or "diarrhoea". Both ways of spelling the word is correct.  add a comment

It is not poisonous but if they eat it they can become ill to the point of throwing up but it will not become deadly to the dog unless it was to eat large amounts of it.

Eucalyptus is not dangerously toxic to dogs, but it can cause gastrointestinal problems (upset tummy) if he tries to eat the leaves. If your dog accidentally eats eucalyptus, give him fluids and maybe an anti-nausea medicine from the vet.

Eucalyptus plants are not particularly toxic to dogs. Eucalyptus when in mild doses does not affect dogs. But if it is of heavy doses it can cause dermatitus and dry skin. The resin and the oil found in the leaves can cause gastrointestinal upset. It might also cause mild gi. Consult a vetnerian if any of the above symptoms persists.

No but it has no nutritional value in it for them either. You can do a web search on it and it will give you tons of information that you can print and file away for future use.

If the dog eats a large quantity of the plant, it can be toxic, but small quantities should not be toxic. In large doses, it can irritate the kidneys, and the dog may secrete large amounts of urine. Vets use it for horse influenza, distemper in dogs, and infections caused by parasites.

The answer for the question is NO, since generally the eucalyptus is not at all toxic or create any poison related activities in dogs. It is also should be noted that if the dosage is high it could create some harmful effect on dogs. It may also create some skin infection.
