Is eleven years too much of an age difference in a relationship?

It depends upon the ages and personalities of the individuals involved. For example, someone who is 21 trying to date a 10 year old is sick and illegal. A 70 year old dating an 81 year old, however, would raise no eyebrows. The older the people are, the less difference it makes.

I think that it depends on the age of the parties. For instance, anybody under the age of 27, I'd say no, but once you hit 28 for instance (that would be 39), I don't think it is bad.

It does depend, but I think on average it is. Decades ago there was this belief that the age difference should be 5 to 10 years with the man being older, but I don't think this is, on average a good thing these days.
