Is cloudy pool water safe to be in?

Generally your cloudy water is caused from not being properly sanitized. Buy a test kit. Check your bromine or chlorine levels depending on your choice. I would personally recomend bromine, safer and easier on equipment. Keep it properly sanitized and balanced and I bet you'll have a clear pool.

Generally it is safe to be in cloudy pool water. It is almost always because of a calcium excess in the water - if you're really worried then take a sample of the pool water to your pool builder or other local pool vendor and have them analyze it to verify chemical levels are appropriate.

The cloudy pool water will make the water to stagnant in single as there wont be any running water. So it will make the soil more more pasty and if you enter the pool, the soil may suck us inside definitely not a safer place.
