Is a three-patio room worth buying?

Be more specific on what you are talking about. Do you mean three season? If so yes, expecially if you put heat in the room. They you could use the room summer, fall and spring. Winter maybe if you live in the south or on holidays with portable room heaters.

If you are going to have big boardroom meeting and comfortable meeting hall or seminar hall for your organization means it is worth buying three-patio room. For self use, it doesn't worth great.
