Worker's Compensation provides wages and medical costs for workers injured at work or by their work. Some injuries may prevent the individual from returning to work, in which case, the worker would be compensated. It doesn't seem that scars would fall into that category.

Workers compensation is only used if you have been injured while on the job and can not work for a period of time. If this occurs then your place of employment is required to pay you a portion of your pay check for the time that you miss work as well as pay your medical bills.

Most of the time you cannot unless you are unable to work because of these scars. You possibly could sue though, through a lawyer hired on your buck.

It all depends if the scar was acquired when you were actually working on a job and an accident happened that was beyond your control. That means you did nothing to cause it yourself.

Probably not. Scars are not usually severe wounds and therefore may not qualify for worker's compensation. Your life would have to have been jeopardized for you to get worker's compensation.
