Under the dash there is a box, inside of the box is a fuse for the mirror. That fuse is in direct link with the on star. The other option is to replace the radio fuse, or the dome light fuses.

Check your manual, but according to my understanding it should be under the hood. From previous experience, it should be fuse number 47 but check in the manual that came with the car to be sure. Also, don't try it yourself if you are not sure where the fuse is located.

All of the fuses are in the fuse box wich is typically located to the lower left of the steering column just underneath the dashboard. The box should have all of the fuses labeled so you can see which one controls the on star function.

Depending on the model: Under the dashboard on the driver's side. In the door jamb of the dash or on the passenger side down by the floor behind a panel.

Grab hold of that fuse block, located on the shift console's passenger side. Then, take off the covering and refer to the diagram on the back.

There is a fuse box under the dash. The fuse will be located in there. It may or may not have additional devices on the same circuit as On Star.

The OnStar fuse is going to be located just behind your OnStar system box. You will need to take apart your console where the system is to locate the fuse behind the box.
