You have every right to feel angry, but you need to realize that the anger is hurting you more than him. Think about the fact that he's not worth hurting this much over. It might be helpful to talk with an understanding professional. However, some of the hurt and anger will only become more bearable with the passage of time.

Lets face it, guys are stupid, there is just no getting around it. Hopefully someday you can find a guy whose stupid traits are not quite as stupid as the rest. If he did you wrong, I know it's hard not to seek revenge and cut out the crotch in all his underpants, but just be happy he is gone.

The best way is to go out and have a great time with friends. If he sees you looking great and having fun, looking like you don't care, that hurts.

Anger is a natural process when a relationship ends however, you must manage the anger to benefit you and not to harm yourself or those around you. You need to focus on yourself during this time; remember this is a grieving process. However, concentrate on the things that make you feel good and treat yourself as often as possible.
