I'm looking at patient relations' chain of commands. Can anyone provide me with information?

Every institution sets its chain of command. Patient or customer relation concerns are handled according to the prescribed chain of command, working up the chain as needed in order to resolve a problem. If you have questions about the chain of command at a specific institution, contact that institution for additional info and guidance.

Every facility that provides medical or dental care as a Patient Relations chain of command. While many elements of this "chain" may be standard and refer to similarly titled individuals in the process, every institution sets its own standards and procedures. If you have specific questions, address them to the institution itself.

Every institution sets its chain of command. Patient concerns are handled by first in command and if it can't be resolved, it will go to a higher command.
