It's possible that you're gaining muscle mass and losing fat, thus increasing your weight. But unless you're doing heavy weight training, this is unlikely. Another possibility is that your appetite has increased due to the exercise, and you're eating more without realizing it.

You are working out and gaining weight, which is a great thing for you overall. You are actually building all the remaining fat, all into muscles. Muscles are 100% proven to be much heavier then fat, so you are getting more muscles which are increasing your weight. You should be thankful for this!

A lot depends on the type of exercising you are doing. If you are working out with weights, dumbells, etc. it may be that you are developing muscle where there used to be fat. While that can be discouraging it is also good for you. Instead of relying on the scale so much, check your measurements.
