I need to know how to take rights away from my son's father, what should I do?

You can't just take rights away from a parent unless you have proof and can get a judge to go along with it. Even if you present proof the judge will try for some kind of mediation to see if that can solve it or make suggestions with other ideas.

If you are referring to parental rights, you cannot take them away. A parent may forfeit parental rights, but no one can take them away.

You can never take away a parents rights to their kids. Not only is that illegal, it is moral wrong.

Not if the other party has been beating the kids , And they want nothing to do with it ... Unless everyone thinks that this how ever is okay .... Now that on the other hand would be moral WRONG . Yet it happends all the time  add a comment

You absolutely need to consult an attorney. If you fear that your son is in danger, or his well-being is being affected you need to consult your police immediately. If not, you need to evaluate why you think you need to do this. Taking rights away should not be a power tool to satisfy your needs. Your child is all-important.
