I have taken 4 pregnancy tests, and they all come out negative, can I still be pregnant?

It all depends on when you are testing. Home pregnancy tests are very accurate when used correctly. If you are certain that your period is late, you are most likely not pregnant. However, taking the test too early can give a false negative result because hormone levels vary widely during very early pregnancy.

You're probably not but it's possible. If you took the tests too soon your HCG levels may not be high enough to detect.

It is possible to be pregnant while test says negative. If you are testing before your first missed period, your hormone levels may not be high enough to be detected.

Yes, depending on when you took the tests. If you took the tests earlier than 14-16 days following ovulation, you may get a false negative. Otherwise, it is unlikely.

Four pregnancy tests coming out negative can indicate that you are not pregnant. Hormones created during pregnancy would be detected by the tests thus creating a positive. Anything is possible, however, so if you are still concerned then consult a doctor.
