If you don't know how to write in Hebrew, you have no business sending out invitations in Hebrew. Unless you are Jewish and sending invitations exclusively to Israel, it's in real bad taste. Speak to your rabbi.

If you don't already know Hebrew then you better find someone who can read and write the language. I wouldn't try by looking up the Hebrew alphabet.

To write invitations in Hebrew, start using a traditional wedding invitation, using names of the bride and groom inviting guests to the wedding. This can then be translated in Hebrew.
