Line up on the outside shoulder of the last guy on the line. When ball is snap come across line and read. Do not let anyone outside of you.

Offensive tackles are usually larger lineman and slow. Speed and staying low will be the biggest factors. Pick inside and attempt to dart through. Start by moving outside to draw the lineman out and create space, and then cut back inside to head for the ball carrier.

Defensive Ends are typically extremely fast from the set position, so practice quick bursts of speed. Typically, they are big (tall as well), so practice your upper body strength, endurance, and tackling ability. Rushing the quarterback is the prime focus of a defensive end, so that should also be your focus.

End is one of the most challenging in the game. High school ends are responsible for containment, make sure no runner gets outside your position and rushing the passer.
