add 1/8 tsp boric acid to 1 cup boiling water. Mix very well. Let the solution cool until lukewarm before using.

Get a pan, 2 to 3 cups of water, and 1/8 tsp. of boric acid per cup of water. Let water boil, add the boric acid and stir well.
