Go to some tournaments to see if any players are looking to join or switch teams. Put up fliers at school or work and if you have a Facebook or Twitter account, mention it online. Make sure you get reputable players, though; you want people who will show up, who have their own equipment that's in good order, etc.

If you have a friend or two who is already interested, ask them to help you recruit. You can post flyers at your local paint ball park with your phone number or e-mail. Also, the internet is your friend! Use Facebook and other social networking sites to look for members.

If you are looking for members to join your team, you might consider putting up a posting at your local community center or advertising on a site like Craigslist.

First you would need to get details from the local paintball facility and then you could try asking friends and relatives if any of them are interested. If so, make flyers for the interested ones to hand to their friends and relatives. Be organized and it should be easy.

Go to paintball facility or field and ask if you can hang a sign requesting members to join your paintball team. Another option is to ask coworkers.

If you want to start a paintball team you should look around for some other people who have the same common interest in it as you. Pick what days would be best to head out and play a round.
