How often should I take the vitamin Biotin 5000 mcg?

Taking this vitamin once daily should be enough. The human body does not need much of this vitamin because it is efficiently recycled in the body. You should only take more if you eat lots of raw eggs as a protein supplement.

Biotin of Vitamin B7 is an important vitamin for our body. In such high doses it is usually used for falling hair, problems with the nails. Although the recommended daily dosage is around 1000 mcg per day when used for treatment higher doses are prescribed. I would suggest to start at 2500mcg per day, but no more than 5000mcg.
