How much weight can you lose if you don't eat for a week and instead you exercise?

The normal weight loss of a person is 1 lbs per week. But in case a person doesn't eart for a week it may loss its weight to 2-3 lbs. and its not recommended to do it as mode of loosing weight. Because our body needs fuel like foods that we eat which is essential for living.

You should never stop eating all together. Exercise is the answer. You can eat a reasonable amount of food and just burn off all the calories with exercise. It will make you more toned and all around better looking. Exercise releases endorphins so you will feel a thousand times better than dieting.

Less than you think. If you don't eat, your body decides that it is in starvation mode. Your metabolism slows down and you lose less weight.

If you decide to try to lose as much weight as possible in 1 week, the average is around 5 pounds. I would not suggest starving yourself though, that is very bad for you. Remember, eat small portions and eat healthy. Most importantly, don't be hard on yourself. Stress isn't good for your health either.

If I don't eat for a week I can lose a lot of weight. I think I can lose about 25lbs and meet the brink of death.
