How much is normal body fat?

I think I am normal but my husband does not think so.

The healthy body fat percentile for men and women are drastically different because of body composition. Your husband may be thinking of your fat content to be on par with a man's simply because he doesn't know of the physiological difference. A healthy man should have about 10% body fat and a healthy woman should have around 25%.
