I got my tragus pierced for $20 but it can range from anywhere from $15-60. The tragus piercing was not painful at all to me. I got mine done December 2010 and it just healed completely in May 2011. The expected heal time is anywhere from 6 to 12 months.

Usually piercers will charge anywhere from 30-40. You want to make sure its done in a nice clean shop and if that means paying a little bit more money its worth it - it will prevent infection or any kind of problems. Know your piercer!
