According to the Portland Cement Association, concrete weighs 145 pounds per cubic foot. According to the "Building Estimator's Reference Book," it weighs 150 pounds per cubic foot. Weight varies according to the amount amount and density of aggregates such as sand and gravel, used to make the concrete.

Different mixes have different densities. One 80 pound bag of mix will make about 0.6 cubic feet. Therefore, at that rate, one cubic foot weighs about 133 pounds.

It weighs 150lbs. If you are thinking about making something with concrete, be sure that you think about where you are going to design this. Because 150lbs is hard to move if its in the wrong location. We have a statue that we bought and we have had many people over to help us move it to a new location.

Depending on the type of concrete, of course. Concrete is about 2300 Kg/cubic meter, so that makes 148lb/cubic foot. Gravel concrete would be slightly more (150lb/cub. ft) and asphalt would be slightly less (145lb/cub. ft)
