How many team-building days should a company have each year?

Depends largely on the size of the company and the management running it. Larger corporations should have more because doing so provides a way for people to know who's running things. Smaller companies probably need less because every face is familiar. If you personally have a problem with too much team-building, approach your boss and discuss it.

Many companies prefer to just do one a quarter, so a total of 4 times a year. This way, you are keeping the team spirit up, but not overdoing it.
