It depends on the texture of the wall and how many coats you apply. For textured walls, there is more surface area and you will have to apply two coats so a gallon will only cover 200 square feet. For normal walls, it will cover about 400 square feet,

Generally, professionals assume that one gallon of paint will cover 350 square feet. That number can change depending on the surface you are painting - unprimed drywall absorbs more paint.

A gallon of paint can cover approximately 250-400 square feet depending upon the paint as well as the surface to be painted.

It depends largely on the type of paint and surface. A thick exterior paint on coarse brick or cinder block might cover about 150 square feet per gallon. An interior paint going on smooth drywall could cover 850 square feet per gallon. The method of application and the amount absorbed in the brush is a factor, too.

Well it generally covers about 25 square feet. It can basically paint an entire room that is medium sized in nature.

It will depend on several factors, the quality of paint, will you do one coat or two, the absorbency of the wall being painted and other factors as well. Look at your specific can of paint, it will give an estimate of coverage but I would always lower this amount to be realistic about the coverage.

The average gallon of paint will cover approximately 400 square feet. This will depend on what kind of surface you are covering and what kind of paint roller you are using. A rough surface or an unprimed surface will absorb more paint than previously painted walls will. A heavy nap roller will apply a thicker coat of paint.

It depends on how many coats you need. If the surface is smooth and only needs one coat, then the gallon should cover ~400 square feet

Although there are many variables including surface condition, the color you are planning to use and the type of surface, the industry standard for latex paint is 400 square feet per gallon. It also is important that you use high quality painiting tools, and use them correctly, as this can also affect the coverage.

It depends on the type of paint you have and if your walls are textured or not. But a general estimate that could help would be that if you have non textured walls and regular semi gloss paint, a gallon will cover 250 square feet. If the walls are textured, then it would be a little less than 200.
