If the picture frame comes with 128MB of internal memory, that equates to about 250 pictures sized to 800 x 600. Most picture frames come with slots for memory cards, so you can expand the capacity to several thousand photos or more. Consult the specs and manual for more details.

It only holds around 30 pictures on the internal memory, however it does have a SD card slot to expand the memory. If you get a 4gb SD card, it can then hold approximately 400 pictures.
